FAQs

Will I lose any credit already on my meter?

Existing credit will remain on your meter. When you insert your new key and card into your meter the credit will start to be used at your new E rates.

Do I have to tell my current supplier I am switching to E?

No, we do everything for you.

Can I change my mind?

All customers that switch to E have a 14 day cooling off period in which to change their mind. At E, we want you to remain with us because you want to, not because you have to; once you have switched to us we are so confident you will be happy we won’t penalise you for leaving with an exit fee.
